Product Principle

 

The CED-LF operates based on electromagnetic induction technology:

1. Induction Heating: A high-frequency electromagnetic field is generated by the induction coil.

2. Foil Activation: The aluminum foil liner (with a heat-sealable layer) is placed on the container mouth.

3. Heat Generation: When the container passes under the induction coil, eddy currents are induced in the aluminum foil, rapidly heating it.

4. Bonding Process: The heat melts the sealing layer, fusing the foil to the container lip.

5. Cooling & Seal Formation: After heating, the material cools, forming a strong, airtight seal.
