Product Description
Steel wire screw sleeve is a new type of internal thread fastener, mainly used to enhance and protect the internal threads of low strength materials. It is precisely processed from high-strength, high-precision, and smooth surface cold-rolled diamond shaped stainless steel wire, shaped like a spring with concentric internal and external threads.
Steel wire thread inserts are widely used in various low strength engineering materials, such as aluminum, magnesium alloys, cast iron, fiberglass, plastics, etc. It can eliminate thread manufacturing errors, improve connection strength, and has the functions of earthquake resistance, impact resistance, and wear resistance. In addition, steel wire thread inserts can disperse stress, protect the matrix threads, and extend their service life.
The steel wire screw sleeve is divided into two types: ordinary type and locking type. The regular type is suitable for general connection requirements, while the locking type has better locking effect and is suitable for occasions that require higher safety. During installation, use a specialized installation tool to push the steel wire thread into the pre drilled hole. As the thread unfolds, its internal threads gradually tightly integrate with the hole wall, forming a stable connection.
