Product Description

The fully automatic centrifugal discharge oil filter is widely used in industrial production processes to separate impurities from oil/water-based objects, prolong the use time of oil, and save production costs for enterprises without replacing oil.

Equipment functions
1. The oil/water-based objects that need to be filtered enter the centrifuge through an auxiliary pump.
2. Oil is separated by high-speed centrifugal separation, and solid materials adhere to the inner wall of the drum. The separated oil flows back to the oil tank.
3. According to the set oiling time, the solid material on the inner wall of the drum is subjected to high-speed degreasing treatment.
After the oil removal is completed, the centrifuge speed decreases, and the equipment automatically starts the slag discharge function. The slag discharge door opens, and the scraper starts the slag cleaning program. The cleaned waste falls into the waste bin below the centrifuge.
After the waste is discharged from the centrifuge, the slag discharge door automatically closes and the frequency converter automatically starts the next cycle.
6. The equipment is easy to operate and does not require dedicated personnel to guard.
7. If the equipment malfunctions, it will automatically sound an alarm and stop running.
